    The Great Eastern is The Delgados' third album, released on their own Chemikal Underground record label in 2001. It was their first album not to be named after a cycling theme – the title refers to a textile mill in Glasgow, latterly a hostel for the homeless.     Universal Audio is the final studio album from Scottish indie band The Delgados. This album was more 'stripped down' than its predecessor Hate, using guitar melodies and piano more and less orchestral themes.
